PowerTrust Ultra is an integrated, 5-year service plan that combines bumper- to-bumper UPS and battery coverage (optional), remote monitoring, diagnostics, reporting, and preventive maintenance to keep your Powerware UPS system functioning at optimum levels at all times. Ultra plan goes beyond UPS monitoring but also remote monitors the individual batteries. Ultra Service Plan includes:

  • Individual battery monitoring equipment (CellWatch) including installation
  • 7x24 corrective maintenance coverage

Remote Monitoring Service - eNotify
Powerware Remote Monitoring Services stand guard of your critical uninterruptible power systems with 7x24, real-time enterprise monitoring services. Powerware's eNotify services include response to UPS system and UPS battery alarms, immediate notification of significant power quality events via phone, email or pager, remote troubleshooting and resolution of power problems, monthly status reports, and if necessary, dispatching of Powerware UPS service technicians.

  • Monitoring of 100+ UPS and battery operating data points and trends with daily heartbeat check
  • Summary of top 10 system parameters, battery events, availability percentage, and comparative status
  • Monthly UPS monitoring summary reports sent to as many as four (4) site contacts via email
  • Customer notification of significant alarms, remote diagnostics and technician dispatch as needed
  • Monitoring of battery discharge, temperature and humidity levels helps prevent battery failure
  • Anomaly detection of UPS and battery parametric data to identify and prevent load-loss conditions

UPS Preventative Maintenance
Let the factory-trained and certified Powerware technicians, with access to the latest firmware and calibration software, maintain your UPS electronics. Battery Preventative Maintenance

  • Comprehensive maintenance for your VRLA or flooded batteries
  • Measure of cell voltage levels
  • Visual inspection for leaks or bad cells
  • Spot check for connection torques
  • Load testing
  • Inspection of battery environment
